Before you start.
Do I need a website or an app?
No. Your link is your page. It works on any phone, and people book without downloading anything.
How do people pay me?
The way people already pay where you are: bank transfer or pay with bank in Nigeria, and mobile money in other countries. The booking is confirmed as soon as the money arrives. We do not take cards.
When does the money reach me?
About three hours after each call, straight to the bank account or mobile money wallet you add.
Which countries can use it?
We are starting in Nigeria. We also support Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Benin, Burkina Faso, Congo-Brazzaville, Gabon and Egypt, and each one opens as our payment partners switch it on. People can book you from anywhere.
Is it free to start?
Yes. There is nothing to pay to set up and no monthly fee. We only take a small part of a booking when you are paid for it, and the person booking pays the payment fee.
Where does the call happen?
On Google Meet if you connect your calendar, on any link you add, or on a private call link we create for you. You both get reminders before the call.
What if someone does not show up or complains?
If the person who booked does not join, report it and you are still paid. If they report a problem, you have 24 hours to refund them or tell us your side.
